I must say, If you think about this, this car is 8 years old, and about to be 9 years old, but you must say It looks damn good, ferraris have that futuristic look for many years to come, great car, good luck with it, just showed my girlfriend and she was like niceeee , by the way how much did she run you if you dont mind?

Although I'm giving up my Porsches for a while -- I'll be back in the driver's seat again.
toast to that

Daily Driver?

I was just wondering how are Ferrari Modenas as daily drivers? Thinking about getting one. Is the 6speed better than the F1?

Well, should be fine as a DD regarding comfort and drivability.

You'd get crushed on resell unless your DD is very short. You may also not feel comfortable driving it in many places for fear of dings and dents in garages and parking lots.

You may also grow tired of what would be daily attention from other people which is sometimes good and sometimes bad.

My 997.2S was my DD and it drew attention but nothing like the 360. In fact, my Porsche is actually "harder" to drive IMO (but in a good way).

Is there somewhere local to service F-cars? I'm near Pittsburgh also and always thought it would be a pain to have to take it to Cleveland or somewhere else to get serviced. It's far out in my plans so I never looked to far into it, just curious.

because I've never owned one but I can tell you I DDed my Gallardo for a a little while and while the car had no issues with it at all, the attention was just too much. I owned a 430 for a little while and it was just way to much of a raw experience to want to DD.

For those in Pittsburgh, The Auto Palace, LLC still service Ferrari I believe, but not under warranty as I don't believe they are an authorized Ferrari service station.

I'll have my shipped to/from Midwestern Auto Group. I hear they have an ~ weekly transport for a reasonable fee.

I know what you mean. I went from a 996 TT X50 to a 2004 360 6-speed last year. The X50 blows the Ferrari away in every driving respect (except sound with the Capristo exhaust) but the Ferrari wins the prize every time.

BTW, F-car is now for sale in forums...
