You'd get crushed on resell unless your DD is very short. You may also not feel comfortable driving it in many places for fear of dings and dents in garages and parking lots.
You may also grow tired of what would be daily attention from other people which is sometimes good and sometimes bad.
My 997.2S was my DD and it drew attention but nothing like the 360. In fact, my Porsche is actually "harder" to drive IMO (but in a good way).

Is there somewhere local to service F-cars? I'm near Pittsburgh also and always thought it would be a pain to have to take it to Cleveland or somewhere else to get serviced. It's far out in my plans so I never looked to far into it, just curious.

I can't speak for the DDing a 360
Well, should be fine as a DD regarding comfort and drivability.
