Fabulous long time client of ours brought his newly purchased 16M for some paint protection film to key areas to the car:

Full Hood
Full Fenders in 1 Piece - seams are tucked and hidden. Most installs on the F430 fenders are done partially and for the ones that are performed in to cover the fenders entirely are done in two pieces.
Front bumper
Lights
Mirrors
Rocker panels - have to protect the beautiful carbon there

When it comes to protecting, there are two components that are quite important:

1. quality of workmanship
2. quality of film

Thanks and great point. When it comes to clear bra or paint protection film application, consumers would need to pay attention to the experience level of the installing firm. Having been in this industry since 1997, it makes a difference since this is a craft that takes many years to become proficient.

Beautiful workmanship.

When these films wear out or get dinged up, are they removable and replaceable? Is there any harm done to the paint from the adhesive?

 

Thank you. When the film sees enough wear, it can be removed and replaced. OEM paint systems' fine in terms of removal; however, with aftermarket paint, there is where it gets dicey because the standards are not held to a certain standard when it comes to aftermarket paint.
