I've seen your car and it's not that low (at least as I remember it). I bet you can get a finger or two in between your fenders and tires, which is not possible on the black one...go check, and let me know.

That's mine. Looks pretty similar to me. I'm not sure if it's lowered or not.

Looks like more air between the tires and fenders to me, but the angle is different so it's hard to be sure. Looked to me like you couldn't get a piece of paper between the tires and fenders on the black car.

I can fit 1 finger in the front and none in the back.

Well, that is pretty low! The 430 does tend to have a larger gap, even after lowering to Euro height. I was four fingers front and rear before lowering, and about 1 1/2 now. And the black car is a 430. Notice the attached picture of my car at the Carousel at Infineon (sorry about the image noise, the photog had the wrong ISO set) that shows it is pretty well bottomed under compression, and although I wasn't hitting the bump stops it must have been close. I can't imagine the black car working right unless he has much stiffer springs, which is of course a possiblity. So often though these are just cosmetic mods without any regard for how they may work in the real world.

>>Seems to be some trouble with the photo upload, I'll try it later.

yeah. We did a drive with some of the SR regulars up bear creek road and unfortunately I was scraping the front on your of those uphill turns.

I was able to attach the photo - see what I mean about ride height under compression? Check out the ground clearance at the front spoiler.

I'm sure the black car is a photochop anyway, so there is no sense in worrying about it!

Why would you necessarily think so? I've seen 430s in person that were that low, mostly the LA show car crowd, who couldn't care less about how the car works, as long as it looks hot.
