Thats Peter Griffin ... Eddie is a stand-up comedian/actor. Hes a horrible driver. His ex-girlfriend modeled for me once and she told me he crashed his NSX as well.

My question is: Why would there be a cement barricade there? It seem to be in an open lot with cones, why oh why would there be a cement barricade there?
