Get the specs for a cab and add another 300 lbs for all of the crap you have added to your car.

What time do you guys think that you'll join northbound I-95? I would like to join this party already in progress and see how my bone stock GT3 compares with your high HP rides. My only added weight will be the Valentine One, tire pressure gauge, and camera gear. Does anybody else have a Nextel?

 

I'd say we are about 40/45 minutes out from departure so if it's 9am 95 would be 9:45 Untill the very next exit for the speedway...like 2 minutes

One reason we are leaving so early is because my friend is crazy careful with his 356. Another is we plan on stopping for a big breakfast.

Speaking of ViperBob....I went down to Vortex today to check out the place and get a gasket. I walked the place over with Doug, and he pointed out "Bob" to me. Think these guys just might be working some magic on my car in the future.

Does anyone have any info on the track tour I've heard about? Heard you can drive the track for a "parade" lap....

They're great people. Bob is a very nice guy. He's done some work on mine and WoolyG's cars. Good mechanic and he's very careful. I haven't been down to the shop recently. They were still in the process of remodeling the last time I was there. Did they take you in the back to see all the race cars? Some very sick stuff.

 

Yes they did. My first dealing with the old DW shop was at Rolex 24 back in 2000. I had made a replica of their #55 race car in 1/24 scale.

I got the wrong size gasket yesterday for my muffler. It's leaking just a little. I guess it will have to wait for another day. Between picking my daughter up today and washing and waxing......I dont have much time.

I will try to make it by your car at 1:00.

 

I know that PCA members were going to be let out on the track for a couple of laps, but I am unsure of the times. I was planning on doing it, but I am only going to be there Sat.
