Festival of Speed Orlando Pics

Fantastic show. They had some really nice stuff there. 2 Bugattis, 3 Enzos. I would have been happy with that. The Ritz Carlton was an amazing venue. When you got tired of walking you could just go sit by pool or hang out in the AC'd lobby areas. It was really well done.

By the way, these are camera phone shots so don't expect the best exposure on some of them. Really bright sunlight is a headache with this phone.

Here's the view from my room. The yellow blurs left of center is where I was parked. I lent my car to Ultimate Audio for the day.

Who wants to sit in a Maybach?

How's this for tacky? The owner has another Ferrari spec'd just like it....

And the obligatory "Back to the Future" car...

And the award for the owner with the worst taste goes to........

It's hard to see in the pics, but most of the emblems on the car are done with what look like fake diamonds. This was really really bad.

And what show would be complete without a vette with Lambo doors?

No idea what this is. The windshield claims to be the world's fastest car.

This boat was bad ***. It's built in Sarasota. It's 26 feet, 530hp, and will run 80mph on GPS. The cost is around $350K. They sell around 40 per year. The really cool part is that it's a Porsche designed boat. According to the salesperson, the same guy who penned the CGT, designed this. You can really see it in the engine hatch.

You can't read it, but the emblem all the way to the left on the dash says "Porsche Designed" or something like that.

Great thread DepDog. Good pics, cool commentary, and certainly an awesome venue with a great turnout.

I'd like to sit in a Maybach sometime too

Nice pics. I do know that the AM DB9R, the Ferrari F1, Enzo, FXX and others are owned by one guy.

Actually, if you look at the center of the pic; All the cars that are in that semi circle that points towards the hotel are part of his collection. Basically everything to the right of the white tents on the top and bottom of the middle there are his. He brought like 15-20 cars.
