Me Project!
Here are some renderings of my house. I bought the property last year and it has been a long year of planning with one of the top architect we have over here. The property is one of the few in the city that is right beside a private golf country club, it has an awesome view of fairways!
It had a very old bungalow which I had to demolish.
Actually that one year of planning has made my costs 30% more since prices of materials have been going up since January.
I will update pictures as we go but estimated time of completion is about 10months plus finishing. Manual labor is cheaper here that's why building techniques are crude and somewhat jurassic as compared to how you guys in the States do it, but end result should be the same.

From the middle picture, it shows the main gate and a smaller structure on the left which will be the garage, service areas. The first picture is the view from the golf course.

No worries about golf *****, I play in that course and you would have to over shoot the green by 30yards at least to reach my spot.

I LOVE that style of housing....I would kill for something like that out in the wilderness or near a beach.....I can't wait to see progress pics...hopefully one day I'll have something similar

well, if they can put up greenbelt 5 in a yr.. your home should be up in at least 1/2 that time. can they work 24hr a day to speed things up?

Nope....just lived there for 2 years developing some projects. Greenhills is a nice area.
