Austin Tx. Garage Project
Posted this over on the 997 forum and they said to post it here too...
Just moved to Austin, Tx from Dallas/Ft. Worth
Here is my pet almost-finished garage project. Wanted an epoxy floor (actually the wife did, and who am I to argue?).
Hired a company to put the floor down. They 'guarantee' the floor but come with a good reputation. Their claim-to-fame is that they use the sanding process before laying down the base coat. Supposedly the paint manufacturer then is able to guarantee the process from lifting. Anyways the plumber's crack is his, not mine . Added some paint and cabinets. Still need to add some wall art...
Some of the questions from over at the 997 side:
24X27 ~$3K for the floor, cabinets came from Lowes
flooring company... http://www.garage-epoxy.com/ (no affiliation)

I've thought about that flat screen! It just gets too hot here in Austin to spend too much time in the garage; waiting for the fall to see what's like. Hmmm... tweak up the cars and watch the Cowboys.... Let me think...
