Hey folks,

I am very happy to show you pics of me and my girlfriend house under construction. It has a three car garage and the ceiling for the first garage, the one closest to the center of the house will be 14'7 high so I can install a 4 post lift/storage. I will post pics and update in the close future.

You are right, they neighbord are 35feets aways on each side. Had to live with that since it's in the city, not a summer home location.. This is on the north shore of montreal.

 

sweet, what type of exterior finish will you be using? (stone, stucco etc)

 

It will be in "silicia? lookalike" stone on the front and brick on the side and back

Building a house for your own and watching its progress is so much fun and exciting. I just moved in my new house two months ago and it also has 3 car garage. I'll be doing Racedeck floor in next couple of weeks and I'm done my garage. After that I'll post some pics too.

 

is this a Chateau design? the arching of roof gives it that feel..

I hope I can fit a four post lift in one of the bay and I already own a scisor lift that will be installed in the center bay. The house is coming all together real quick, the roof is done and awaiting for the stone to be done as well. Will post pics soon...
