Thx for the update....Im getting quote as we speak....for my sq footage, guy is willing to do it for less than 2.50 per sq ft....that is half the cost compared to what he used to get "pre-depression"...ok, he said recession....

He described the process and he sounds he knows what he doing....its all in the prep work from what I can tell....this guy even offers lifetime guarantee so if it bubbles up he will fix it so he says.
