My garage remodel was long overdue. Earlier this year we remodeled the entire house including landscaping, driveway and new garage door knowing the garage remodel was next.

The project started 11/16 and completed 11/27

It is small coming in at 500sqft but now we also have an additional 500sqft of storage space in the garage attic which is now all decked in plywood. The porcelain tile is Takla Tile in lightwood color with charcoal grout from Build Direct.

Also had a new subpanel installed since I needed 2 dedicated 20A circuits for the home theater. Added 4 Martin Logan Helos 20 speakers and new ZP120 zone for the Sonos system.

I have been dealing with Pual Quigley at Moduline and he has been pleasure to deal with and also a fellow gear head and heli flyer.

For the side wall qty 4 18"Hx11"Dx36"W wall cabinets in blue
For the back wall qty 6 79Hx18"Dx32"W closets in blue
For the side wall to the left of washer a 40"x18"Dx24"W base cabinet with counter top and a 18"Hx15"Dx24"W wall cabinet in blue
To the right of the washer 40"Hx24"Dx36"W base cabinet, 40"Hx24"Dx32"W drawer unit/tool box in blue both with 6' countertop

The small room is a hobby room for my RC heli addiction. I ordered 2 Moduline 6' base cabinets, aluminum counter tops, and 4 36" wall cabinets all in blue.

For how much money you put in that small garage. Why wouldnt you just build a Much much bigger seperate garage. Or a new house.

Sorry just dont see the logic in spending that much on that size of garage.
