Looking for 1 and 2 post lift recommendations

I'm going to add a 2nd lift to my garage and I currently have a 4 post from Rotary.

My garage is only 10x20 and the 2nd lift is on the side where we go in and out of the house from the garage, so space is going to be tight. I'm going to get a 1 or 2 post lift so I can gain some additional room for walking and access to my staircase to go inside. I'm not going to use it for service, just parking so a flat platform will work just fine, no having to deal with ramps etc. I was thinking about the traditional 2 post service lift with arms but it is my 3rd choice of configurations although if I had a bigger garage I would go that route for the ability to do wheel/suspension work.

Looking for suggestions from anyone with experience owning a 1 or 2 post lift. Info on vendors, good and bad as well as type/configuration.

Thanks

Something like Bend Pak's single post lift

Or their 2 post parking lift

You didn't post the height of your ceiling in the garage so watch the overall heights of the lifts.
I have 8 ft ceiling height here myself so I am limited!

Stacy

I have a 12 foot ceiling - I can work under a car on my other lift with no problem and park one under too.
