It's actually a brick/cement walled warehouse with multiple units containing car collections/race cars. We built this one out with industrial shelves, a sky jack lift, full AV area and full kitchen. The floor is Stonehard epoxy which turns up the walls about 6" making the area water proof at the base of the walls. We're having fun! Even my wife loves it.

2 plasmas, stereo & kitchen are on the wall the cars are facing....will get more and better photos.
