Damn!! Very nice. I think that is a deal for 75k! I spent almost a 100k just on my kitchen! Lol Should have built something like this instead.

Read thru thread twice, perhaps missed it but how tall is your ceiling? You mention the lift is 11'........and yes, that prob means the ceiling is close to that.

IIRC the finished height of the ceiling by the posts is 11'2". That slab was poured with a mild slope to allow for drainage. I had to cut recess holes in the ceiling sheetrock to allow the pistons of the posts to extend approx 6" into the deadspace

LED lights are the way to go! I love your garage; I prefer to call it a home for cars, but the LEDs are brighter, very low consumption, instant on, and last a lot longer than T8 bulbs.

I wish you the best and never sell the 993 turbo!
