out of curiosity, what do you think you'll end up spend per square foot on the build? My contractors are saying it's around $200/sqft

Wow! That's looking really good! Looks like you are gonna have plenty of garage space with room for some lifts too! Do you already have a collection to fill out that garage or are you planning on getting some new toys to put in there?
