The Stucco is on.... the color is a little off from the main house.

Upper rock wall is in, concrete to come !

Does anyone have an opinion on stamped concrete and/or gas garage heaters ?

Congrats! Nice choice! I love driving cabrio! Do you plan for the future new toys for the stall? Enjoy the ride. The 997cab is one of the best looking cab`s ever.

Thanks for the updates, the garage is really coming along! I have never seen a pool like that, what's with the metal walls? Is that a climate is so cold that gunite/rebar would crack thing or is it a energy efficient thermal insulation thing?

They had to give you a loaner to take the top off? At most it should have taken then 2-3 mins.

Very nice!

I started reading this thread, then as others noted the architecture.. was wondering where this was. To my suprise, a fellow Minnesotan. It's nice to see so many people from MN on here these days.

What a great thread! I love Santa barbara county, Cali.. (where I live) But The cost for us to do that same project by one of the better contractors would be between 350-500 a sq ft!

The costs of a pool are not insignificant.... the fence, concrete, electrical ... yadda yadda add up fast.

And this is a small project. I can't imagine what some of the nice concrete pools in the south cost.

???
