You're the first to comment on Mr. Guinness. His partner in crime, Ms. Petunia was inside soaking up the AC. English bulldogs are easily the laziest dogs on the planet.
I need to get a video of my wife riding that crazy contraption. It always looks like an emergency room visit waiting to happen

No, after the last time I turned my driveway into a major environmental disaster, I don't touch that stuff anymore. Smartass

You can't buy the tiles at Sam's. They drop ship them from the manuf. I am not sure if the CG ships or not. I would assume they do.
The flooring is easy. It takes about a day with two people and good saw.
The roll around cabinets and the work bench was pretty easy to install. Some of the hanging cabinets are a little more work. You can mount them directly to the wall or use the gladiator cabinet tracks like i did. That allows you to move them around some or take them down if needed.
The whole thing was under $5K. That includes everything you see in the pics and labor. Minus the dog, the unicycle, and the Ducati

Good eye. Yep, we have a natural gas whole house generator. After almost two weeks without power and several rerig's worth of food going bad, we thought it would be a good idea. The beauty of gas is that even in the worst hurricanes, the gas service will not be interrupted. It works pretty well, and actually runs better with a heavier load. We have everything (AC, fish tank, fridge, lights, etc..) hooked up except for the stove and the clothes dryer. They take up too much amperage and we probably wouldn't use them anyway. You have to pick and choose what you want to run when you're running a 15kw generator.

I'm not sure what you're asking but I think I know what you mean. The tiles fit very closely together, but water will probably pass through to the concrete underneath. However, the tiles are ridged underneath to allow ventilation so that mildew doesn't accumulate. I mop my floor with water from time to time. No issues. As long as you have concrete or similar floors, I wouldn't worry about it.
