Federal court not city, and many times... LOL at your pot shot about the NG... I can't believe any "real" cop would be doing a group buy on a scam... so tell me why aren't you a cop anymore?

See now you're just being a retard. You're suggesting that I'm not a real LEO and that the LI is a scam. If this was a scam... why would I be scamming myself? I didn't just take someone else's word for it, I actually went out and tested it two days ago with another witness from the forum. I took my car with an off the shelf LI and 6 guns. We had only 2 punch throughs at a very short distance with the remaining 18 plus runs being JTG's.

Why are you beating around the bush? What did you do already? Obviously you weren't a cop.

If you must know, I was a full time cop for over 15 years and a reserve for 3 years before that. I've worked narcotics on a city, county, state, and federal level which included a stint at DEA for four years. I am still involved with law enforcement and still have "special agent" credentials. However, I have undertaken a great business opportunity and now own my own company. I still work as a LEO, although on a part time basis.

FWIW, they don't do traffic in federal court as I've spent more than my fair actually testifying and prosecuting cases there. I'm guessing at this point you have nothing to do with law enforcement whatsoever and that you were probably working in a training division on a military base. Based on your maturity level, you were probably a brass caddy. I see you've moved up in the world and now you're installing CD players. Congrats.

exclusive jurisdiction... look it up special agent man... you don't go to a civil/domestic/city court for it... Federal Installation... If it was a member of the armed forces then it was dealt with on base... civilian went to federal...

So you were an MP then? Why so evasive? Sounds like the deeper we dig the more full of ****e you are. Are you so testy because the snap on guy didn't come by the stereo shop with a new calendar for you to whank to? From what I gather it sounds like you're a kid (prob under 25), who was a wanna cop as an MP, couldn't actually make the cut to go into civilian law enforcement, and now puts woofers in the back of impalas for a living in Ohio. Oh, and rips people off by selling them K40's too. Am I close? We can keep doing this for weeks or months if you like.

I have a better idea. Why don't you come down to Florida and test the unit yourself. We'll set you up with all the lasers you can stand, test cars, etc... You can even pick the location. Film it. The whole nine yards. Hell, I'll even put you up in my house for a night.

Something tells me you'll puss out though...

LMAO... I wish i was 25 again.... nope not an MP, close though. In a nutshell, I was actually a missile tech for every type of missile launcher in the fleet, until the civilian tech reps complained (MM and FMC) that we would be stealing their job. Basically I would troubleshoot, maintain, operate, install, and evaluate all the fleet missile systems... even went to MCDonald Douglas's school at Canveral for warhead mating, guidence, airframe, and propulsion of the Tomahawk cruise missles, worked with FMC on implementing the SM2 block 3 missile which was the predecessor of the SM3 today...

Anyways the navy didn't know what to do with us and since I was already in the Persian Gulf for desert shield and storm boarding tankers for 9 months I was sent to Guantanomo Bay (gitmo), Cuba for 2 months where I was assigned to a DEA unit operating in Cartegna and Bogota doing drug ops for 6 months, then to the Aegis cruiser Leytte Gulf where we did 3 months of counter narcotics with the coast guard aboard... then Haiti came up... then shore duty... then tent city at Gitmo for the Hatian refugees, then back to shore duty where we were assigned to an equivelent of a SWAT team, because we had none and there was a stand off, then we blew up a kill house 3x a week training with a SEAL team, then it was disbanded because the base security (DOD) were losing out on jobs (something about their second retirement and Clinton was in office) then the bank got robbed when they went to all DOD... then I flipped a coin after 10 years in and it landed on tails... I got out... was working full time during the day being paid under the table at an audio shop... liked it way too much and made it a career... was mentored by some bad **** fabricators and eventually opened up my own shop, and partnered up with a dealership, and now am an employee of a bad **** company making more money than any 20 year veteran cop/detective... .... sure there is a whole bunch of other stuff in there... like different bases and training ... but in a nutshell if you must know...

BTW I said i could of worked for the Marshals, JSO, Martin, McDonald Douglas, anyone I wanted... I had a lot of options on the table when I was getting out, and was even being pressured by one of the top marshals in the US to work for him... I forget his name, but he had a hair do like a skunk... dark black with a white patch down the side... heard he was of the candidates from Janet Reno as the US Marshal... Oh yeah I trained at lackland AFB for MP duty, but wasn't an MP... because of my rank and Rate (MOS) and went to school in St Augustine for the FDLE cert...

you have my name listed above, middle name is Patrick... use the FOIA to obtain my records.

As for getting down to Fl... I would love nothing better than to come down for this... I should be down there around spring break to take my kids to Disney... I'll see how long I can make the stay... and i have friends through out the state... what area are you at? maybe they can stand in for me?...

Don't make it personal... the unit was a scam in the begining... if it looks like it, acts like it, and works like it... it is a scam... And I will say it again, I don't have a K40 superman outfit...

I have a strange feeling that you two are going to end up BFF. Where is FL are you depdog? While you are throwing out invitations, do you know where I might be able to test out my LI installation? (Whenever I get around to it).

So are you calling me a liar then? This is the part that confuses me. If it is in fact a scam, how did they do it? Are they tracking me and using satellites to jam the gun every time I test one of these units. Enlighten me as to your logic because at this point you have yet to explain this "scam" theory. Or are you misusing the word "scam" and in the car audio world it means "great product that works for a reasonable price". Help me understand.

I don't understand your response. I asked you a question. I went out and tested the unit personally, again.

How is the LI a scam? Are you saying I'm lying about the results I've seen on both occasions. PM Jakester. He'd be happy to report the same results. Unless of course you think he's lying too...

I am not saying you are a scam... LI is. They screwed up by scamming people in the beginning, and for instance search Google for laser interceptor scam... once a company drops their shorts and tries to **** plow people who were suckered into buying them then refuse to do anything about it... come on.... is that the way to start a business? or run a business? Then hope that everyone forgets about it over time? I have not seen Bell/Escort/Valentine/K40 ever do that...
Then since they are in another country they can tell ya to go screw yourself...

Like I said you need more validation of the product (any) on real driving conditions... not saying you are not making the attempt either, but you need to cover almost every circumstance out there... multiple times... way too many variables. I hope the system works for you all and have no issues...

and my reference to old... was you called me a kid in an earlier post

Listen, I've been using a LI for 6-8 months. I don't know what happened in the past. I've never heard of any of this stuff you're talking about.

However, here's what I know.

A) There is a US distributor here who is backing the product. You aren't buying the product from overseas. He sells and warranties all the products so you don't have to learn Croatian to get your unit fixed if it should ever need it

B) What isn't made overseas these days? Any of those companies could tell you to go screw as well. They don't, but they could.

C) I think you're confusing LI with Laser Star (based out of England) who did scam a bunch of people and tell them to go screw themselves.

D) LI has won the GOL 2 years in a row now. Nuff said on that point.

E) I've personally tested it not once, but twice with stellar results. Including on my own personal vehicle with every major gun available. I posted the results on here and had another 6speeder there to witness and also participate as he shot the car too while I drove so we did double testing.

I have no idea what you keep referring to, but your argument keeps getting weaker and weaker. This is a good unit. I've proven it. Dozens of other people have too.

Come to Florida. I'll be happy to show you for your self. Don't believe me if you don't want to. Some people need to see it for themselves.

I'm not sure why you keep referencing testing in other conditions... We replicate exactly what would happen if you were driving. We use a low-use road that is well over a quarter mile long. We're at one end and they're at the other. We have the test vehicle drive at us from over a quarter mile out till they're almost bumping into us. We shoot continuously in an attempt to get a reading during the entire run, including moving the laser to different parts of the vehicle ie headlights, center mass, mirrors, etc... Not only that, we always shoot other cars, as well as the back of the test vehicle when they're turning around to confirm that the guns are functioning properly. Normally I could get a lock on the back of my vehicle as it was moving away in about a second or so.

That's exactly how it works in the real world. I know. I used to write tickets for a living.
