I thought the Viper dusted the Rs on the straight just by the sound of the Viper, then I saw the Rs blast past him. Wow! What a great lap.

I plan on taking a trip to Germany in 2 years to rent a Porsche and drive that track and that video makes me want to do it now.

Better up your timeline, the track is not being supported anymore by the german government and is almost bankrupt privately after squandering money trying to build a ski resort or something like that.

They are presently deciding what to do about the whole situation.

Going on the 20th! Can't wait! I've put in nearly 200 laps in GT5 in the last month in preparation for the track day.

Sighing... I heard that and was hoping it was a bad rumor. I should have known, as soon as I start making plans, they start to go under.

SPF4000, if you have time when you get back, an after-action report (what to do and what not to do) would be great. I would say have fun, but how could you not have fun?

Interesting how perspectives differ. I witnessed pretty poor driving, in general, on the track. As far as the two principles went, I thought they were mediocre and erratic. To me, fast doesn't mean great. As far as the track goes, it will be fine. It's a track. It will do okay on it's own or it will sell to Porsche or another buyer and it will remain a .... track.
