My wife thinks it was a mistake but I think its because of how fast it is she's afraid Im gonna speed like a mad man.

Knowing both cars very well, you cannot compare the two. The CGT performance is far beyond the 360. Even the 430 would not be in the same league.
However, if you want performance why didn't you buy the 997GT2? It is $200,000 cheaper and almost as fast as the CGT. You could have kept the 360 Spider purchased the GT2 and had money left over.

I can almost shift like a pro now. I put about 20 miles on her already.
I did stall only 1 more time but that was in traffic going up a hill.

I have the GT2 which in my opinion is a great car but I don't think it can be compared to the CGT I don't care which is faster! The Carrera GT will be an Icon for Porsche forever! One day I am going to buy one, just don't have that big coin those Jersey Boys Do!

Wooooooooooooooow, its the same feeling as or hearing seeing someone in your area hitting the lotto Jackpot. Amazing car... I drool everytime i see one.
