Here are some photos of my Basalt Black GT3. Nothing really special amongst other GT3s and GT3 RSs, but I find so few photos of the car in Basalt, I figured folks might enjoy.

Sexy car, basalt looks good on the GT3. Why dont you paint the centres in black aswell, it would look very scary especially with the tints.

 

Thanks. The 335i is actually my bother's car -- we were out driving around when I snapped this photo. My wife and I are thinking about a 335i though as she's due for a new car.

As for the wheels, I'd love to go that route but my wife hates the whole black wheels thing. She supported my turning in my RS4 for the GT3 (although I haven't sold it yet), but I can tell she liked the RS4 better. I can understand as the GT3 can only really be appreciated from the driver's seat. Anway, I'll let good enough be by not getting the wheels painted

 

Vegas baby...That's where I picked up my car also. Was tempted to put my $108K cash on Black to double up.

Glad you got away w/ not having mandatory front tags mounted (LV law). My sales person was good at 'faking' the front plates (ala two sided duct tape) from the Boss who is a stickler for mandatory front plates. The drilled hole would have ruined the look IMO.
