gt3rs-Why is this dynograph so jagg'ed and nonlinear ?

Just reading through a tuner's website that is selling a mod package for the worlds most balanced car IMhumbleO - a gt3-rs

Why is one set of dyno results soooo smooth and perfectly linear and the other set a complete mess and all chaotic?

I am still learning alot about all this but just needed some input on how to understand this graph.

That does seem to be a pretty crazy looking torque curve. The hp curve shows a normal linear rise.
It seems they are showing a peak rwhp of 407 ?

It's probably a smoothing issue. Remove all smoothing and it'll show you the actual power as measured by the dyno. Set smoothing high (ie. Smoothing = 5 on a DynoJet) and it'll give you a nice, smooth, pretty, inaccurate dyno chart.

ALTAADAM007 is infamous around these parts
Our un-edited plots can have some variation like that. The key is to look for large dips valleys, peaks etc. When we publish results, we smooth them so they are easier for folks to read and see the real differences. As long as none of the changes are statistically significant, then no big deal!

Ahh okay, gotcha, i thought maybe the new ecu software was so non-linear and such a complete mess... I felt it would be sad to give up all the stock programming smoothness for that, granted maybe the re-flash really is that rough...
