Nice work... As far as the wife is concerned... You have to tell her that a car hobby is better than some of the other hobbies... Girls... Gambling, Girls...

Tell her to take a chill... Cars are the cleanest fun a man can have.

If the weather is nice lets meet up next week...

Enjoy the new 3... You won't be sorry...

I agree! But my collection is getting a bit out of hand (like you don't understand that!)

08 Cayman S
04 996TT
07 GT3
03 Murci

Plus some classics. But I did sell two non-essentials to get this one. So all is not lost!

Thanks again! I wlll call when I get it in, as well as post pics. The black wheels rule!

Good choice - congrats

I think the 996TT will be gone before too long. No REAL need for it - with the other cars you have.

Post some pics when you get it..

Best

Will do! I may do something kind of nuts with the 996TT just for kicks (or just get rid of it.) We have some REALLY neat HP gains from some product we have been working on for it. So it is sometimes hard to walk away from a torque and power monger! But I agree it's place may become obsolete. My Murci has had significant head work, cams, carbon kevlar clutch, exhaust etc. and a few other goodies done by Al Burtoni and it is a missile. Just isn't as pleasurable to drive as the P cars are! My Cayman is far more "fun" to drive on a back road.

Thanks again guys! Can't wait! Getting anxious now. Feel like the woman on the Mervyns commerical going OPEN OPEN OPEN at the showroom door!

LOL..

When I saw you had a Murci - I was wondering when you would have a need for a 996TT. The Cayman S is a great little car.. Great handling, great fun.

on same day my two cars were driven at infineon by me, by a pro and by a club racer. 1.5 seconds was the average difference. 1.5 sec at sears is a very big delta.

Ok, understandable, but you dont think an extra 25 or so hp would close that gap? And was this on the same tires?

If this is Vincent's old car we know it well.
Is the GMG exhaust intact?

Cheers. Enjoy in good health.

Congrates on the 997 GT3, best car in the group IMO. Oh, you lived in Oregon too, maybe I'll see your new ride around town
