Well, I'll be the first to actually try an danswer his question I guess, haha. You can put Lmabo doors on a GT3, but please cosider that this is not an easy installtion. The front fender is usually removed and plates and brackets are welded underneath the fender to creat the hinge point for the pivot of the door. This will add serious weight to the GT3- something that is incomprehensible IMHO. While the look is nice, I do not think it is worth the money or added weight to perform this on a GT3.

Lambo doors on a GT3?

Unfortunately money can't buy taste. The thought of someone doing that makes me want to vomit.

I would advise against that. Especially on a focused model like the GT3.

God Bless,

Well it seems like everyone likes the idea of Lambo doors on my GT3.

Actually I have no desire to ruin my car with the door change, but I sure stirred-up a lot of controversy. I hadn't driven my 3 in about 19 days due to my favorite restaurant being closed, and I had to drive my Corvette. I must have been in a morphine induced delusional episode to have even thought about doing the dastardly deed.

I have completely recovered now, and you will hear no more about the matter.

They're called "Lambo" doors for a reason. I wouldn't do it as they still will not work 100% like the Lamborghini's do, you still need to open it normally a little bit before lifting.
