I will tell you that FVD has royally ****ed me as a loyal customer. I have debated their(FVD) product against all the doubters. I will no longer speak out for their product. From a business standpoint they have ****ed me and I will never forgive them for it. From now on their product is **** as far as I'm concern.
Anyway as far as I'm concerned FVD can go to hell, as a matterof fact I will be removing the system once I am convinced of another system.
I am a man that has served and fought for this country and loyalty really means something to me and it is not taken lightly. FVD seems to only know betrayal, what a great company!!!!!!

Sorry to hear this, you have indeed endorsed FVD several times here in the past and they should be aware of this. What did they do that made you so angry? I know you to be an honest and loyal man of your word and if they upset you enough to write this, then please let me know so that I do not support a company that does not share our common values.

Hey Jeff how are you? I will tell you the header design of the QuickSilver system looks awesome.
I am really happy w/ the FVD headers, they make great power and sound fanatastic.

I would love to see dyno graphs of stock 997GT3/RS against the 997GT3/RS with the QuickSilver headers. A direct comparison is what I need to see.

Unfortunately, online forum posts are not something which we monitor on a daily basis and we were unaware of what was going on in this thread until today, hence the delay in response. We have had no correspondence from you in any form other than a short PM, which we checked today.
In response to your comments posted in this thread and in order to clarify things to others who are following these posts: The exhaust system was installed on your vehicle according to our knowledge in July of 2007. This exhaust was not purchased directly thru us, rather thru a very reputable local Porsche dealer who did your installation. Your exhaust was the first one in the states from us and at the time, retail accurately reflected our production costs for the exhaust system. Now, in 2008, we mass produce the system and have streamlined production processes as well as our international shipping. Because of this, we implemented a new pricing structure across the board and now the same exhaust you purchased retails for less. This appears to be the issue you are having with us. Not an issue of quality, performance, or service but price. You have made rather bold statements regarding us as a company, as well as our products and practices which we find not only unfair, but also offensive. I have personally spoken several times on the phone and have received nothing but positive feedback from you in regards to matters of our products and instead of coming to us or even your selling dealer with this issue, which I am still confused about, you decided to bad mouth us on an internet forum.
If it is a matter of price that is the issue, we at FVD, are not aware of what you paid in the end retail for the exhaust system as we only sold this exhaust to the Porsche dealer who did your installation. I only know what we sold the exhaust system to your dealer for and not what you ultimately paid. Once again, it is an issue with your selling dealer, not us. In addition, while the system was being installed both the Porsche dealer and yourself were nice enough to allow us to document the process, which we did with your permission, and eventually used to promote this product. What is it that has changed your feelings literally overnight with regards to us as company? If it was what you paid and what the exhaust is priced at now, I am sorry that you paid more than we now have the exhaust priced for. Had you addressed this issue to either us directly or your selling dealer, I am sure we or they could have explained things more clearly and not made you feel as though we, or your dealer, did you any wrong before bashing us on the internet. We hope to discuss this matter further directly, to shed some light on how it is you feel you were done wrong. The entire team at FVD appreciate your, as well as the online communities time regarding this issue.

FVD-USA, you have offended me with your practice. We will not discuss this any further. I recognize how you feel (as a company) and what is done is done. Someone else will care more for my interest as a customer.
