Nice ride at Willow Springs.....

Enjoyed a lovely day at Willow yesterday, where I got to see and hear a Cup car in action for the first time, noisey, fast and fun!
It was doing around 1.27's and the crew were wondering why it was so slow, while I did a 1:38.1 and was feeling like a god!!

this guy and his roofrack always make me smile. He comes to many of the SoCal track days, and he goes like the clappers too! (is that Richard pondering the roofrack on his GT2 too?)

I didn't ask, but it sure looks like one. It isn't like they're hard to buy, you just call PMNA and give them your cash, it's that easy. It's a bit harder to get an RS/RSR from them though, I think they want to know you're going to win before selling you one of those little beasties.

All in the quest for aerodynamic efficency!

Have a look at a RUF and see what mirrors they use.
