Read this part of post #2

"The GT2 is about the same as the GT3, just add the ability to pound out 550-650HP with ease. The GT2 is a truely evil machine in the power department and shares the amazing abilities of the GT3.

To answer the question in short, it is a comparison of apples to oranges. The 993/996TT are meant to be great all around machines while the GT2 and GT3 are raceable street machines. When comparing the latter, it is personal preference as to what you prefer, boosted power or N/A power. I like both for different reasons."

GT2 is an amazing machine that takes a good driver to appreciate. In the wrong hands such as " Wealthy older dude " it can be deadly.

i can say the 996gt3 997GT3 The 997GT3 RS and the 996GT2 are all remarkable in different ways..( i know because i have them) i ways in the gt2 yesterday having fun and in the gt3 today, they are just different ..

i wouldn't call myself older or wealthy but i can promise you it demands respect and a very confident driver... whats wrong with a challenging car

prg is infamous around these parts
My guess is that "wealthy, older dudes" are probably less likely to wrap it around a tree than a young guy who thinks he's the second coming of Ayrton Senna.
