Someone Hit my GT3!!

Someone Hit my GT3!!
I was picking it up from the Porsche garage after a routine maintenance check. Their technician drove it out of the workshop while I was paying, parked it like a moron in the middle of the driveway. Then, another customer, who was also leaving, backed into it with his Cayenne!!!!!
Porsche and the guy who hit the car are paying for all the repairs, which is the least they can do and the least of my worries. The problem, as I was told yesterday by their workshop manager, is that they can only push the panel out 90%, and suggest to fill the rest with whatever material they use, recreate the shape of the wing and paint over it. According to them, it will look like new...
Apparently, it is not recommended to replace the whole panel, since this one is directly welded onto the frame on the top and bottom. Changing it would mean dismantling the whole left side of the car and the repair would affect the integrity of the body, or so I was told, since they would have to recreate all the bonds between the panel and the frame, getting it just right so that the windows close perfectly, etc...
Someone also suggested cutting a small portion of the wing out, replacing and painting over it. I think this would affect the integrity of the panel, no?
What do you think is the best repair options? Any of you guys had this problem before on a GT3 or a 911???
Thanks.

Replacing whole body panels seems like a lot of trouble, no? How would wide panels fit on a regular GT3? Wouldn't you have to widen the axle?

I'm not particularly sure about the axle.
Like I said, this is more in-depth, but would be a REALLY cool addition. If you choose to go this route, let me know as I do have a brand new RS rear bumper that I'd let go for less than dealer wholesale.

I agree with you but my guess they won't budge either . The mid point would be for them to offer him a screaming deal on the car of his choice and give him top value in trade . This --I believe they might just do because everybody wins if the brunt of the loss is shared .
He gets a new car at a great price , they sell another unit , and the old car will be repaired and sold and that buyer could opt for a better price .

That is 100% fixable, without replacing the 1/4 panel.
Find a high end body shop, someone that works on Lamborghini's and Ferrari's. Dent Pros do a good job on small dents, but this is not a small dent.
RS panels are not a straight swap. The rocker panels are different, so you would have to change those and the rear bumper.
Changing the rockers and panels would diminish the value more than fixing the dent!

This is total BS, you deserve and should demand your car back in the same state that you handed it to them for service. if they are unable to do that then you need to be compensated very well for their negligence.
90% repair and using filler in the rest is so gonna show in a PPI when you TRY to sell the car on and like others have said will significantly reduce your selling price.
Think very carefully before continuing and if you're not satisfied with the dealers offer I'd take legal advice before continuing.
