honestly, its like a manly drink...a real man doest care...


In America, Porsche can very well be said Porsch, in Germany its Porschuh...it really doesnt matter THAT much...

and Im a fanboy of using German in English...I personally say PorschUH...but I dont get bent out of shape when someone says Porsch

sorry, thats pretty god damn snobby...the driver is what counts...not the formalities to me IMHO...I dont care HOW they pronounce the word, as long as they can drive one well...they are fine by me...

I say it either way. We didn't win WWII for me to pronounce German perfectly in English. We won it so we can drive damn good cars and mispronounce it all we want.

Exactly. Its the same when saying "moet" as in champagne. The correct way is obviously " Mo-et " but you feel like a dork saying it like that so depending on who it is, i will say it the commonly said way " mo-ay".

wow, a lot of pompous people on here. I've always known it to be Porsha, but many people who aren't privy to the car world won't know what you're talking about, so I often refer to it as a Porsh. To the guy who said you don't deserve a Porsche if you can't pronounce it, wow you are one arrogant SOB.

Porsha for me, let people say porsh if they want, if I am asked why I say Porsha I will explain and possible convert one more porsh sayer to a Porsha linguist.
