Added a CGT
Bought a CGT today, GT Silver over Ascot. Brought it home. The GT3 and the GT3RS are cheering. As you'll see in the second photo, the F430 is in the back pouting...
Will run it at Laguna Seca for some "getting to know you" laps next week. Will post a couple of more pics afterwards.

Congrats Ron!!!! You are truely building yourself a great collection. I'm soo jealous.
PM me about the Cayenne as curious if you got the Turbo or GTS. My GTS will be at Carlsen tomorrow to get the new wheels and lowering module installed.
Again congrats and if you want, break in the CGT by going to SoCal with us this coming Friday

Hey Fred -
Nice GTS you've got too. I decided to focus on the CGT so have not ordered a Cayenne as yet but will get to it too. Off topic for this forum, but I'm likely still headed toward a white over black six-speed GTS with black wheels, trying to create an SUV that looks like my RS. Kind of silly, but what the heck.
I'll miss your SoCal run as I'm up at Thunderhill running the 430 starting tomorrow.
Final point: Gary Q in sales, Brian H in service and Doug as shop foreman are a great team over at Carlsen. Would recommend that trio to any of you in the Bay Area should you be looking for a win-win relationship with a Porsche dealership.

ThisFlyGuy - Nice idea but too many cars to fit them all in the garage at home but with some help from a couple of buddies I'll get them in one spot for some photos in the next couple of weeks or so.
To the rest of you who've sent your good wishes (and cautions): Thanks a bunch - I'll still buzzing from the first drive. I guess what has surprised me the most is that I figured that with this CGT I'd be ready to get rid of one of the other cars, but I just can't do it. The GT3 and the RS are too fantastic, and the other junk (ahem, F430 and CL600) fill their particular roles extremely well too.
Yesterday I put some wheels on the 3 that Sharky custom ordered for me: HRE C93's with glittery charcoal centers and polished rims. Killer set up, I'll get around to some photos soon. Goes real well with the atlas grey exterior. Had the stock versus HRE's weighed at the installation place - knocked 10 pounds of unsprung rotating weight from each rear wheel and 5 pounds from each front for a total of 30 pounds saved. I have the same new C93's in hand that will get installed on the RS in a couple of weeks - these have black centers and polished lips. Photos promised when that's completed too.
And I know, I know...the polished lips are rather bling, but I couldn't help it!
Can any of you spell Porsche F-E-V-E-R?? I've got it bad.
