I dont think they handle as well going backwards.

I am not a fan of the Dubai Autodrome .. the run off space is quite limited and there are barriers everywhere! (compared to Bahrain).

That was terrible. I've been there and my sympathy goes out to the driver.
Go to hear he's okay.

Maybe should have had track tires. I see the PS2's on the car. Great tire for street but maybe some cups, corsa's or Hoosiers would be better.

I know what you mean!!! I spun out entering the "parabolique" last month and was really really lucky to stop just before the wall. No damage except pride and a little rubber, put it in gear and got back on the track.

There are very few places with 'enough' run off space on that track. Some of the concrete barriers, even in the straights, are really really close to the edge of the track.
