TCM is infamous around these parts
This happens quite frequently in issues with stored cars. Check your home owners insurance policy as a lot of times they will cover the damage since it occured in an insured part of your home. Glad you got everything resolved.

For long term storage a baited rat trap under the car is a good idea.
