Wow Daytona and djmiroku bring up good points I NEVER thought of a RS owner chaning his wing to a std GT3 wing as to not be so "over the top" in his thinking.

No one can say for sure based on these pictures if this car's a GT3 with a fake decal or GT3RS without sideskirts/tail...all you can say for sure is that it was a nice looking porsche but now its totalled.

Cant believe Daytonaviolet found a picture of what looks like the actual car.

the mud guard by the rear tires gives it away as a GT3 rather then an RS as there is no side skirt attached to the mud guard.

as for the picture, speedoflight was the one who found it i just posted the IMG

Sad! One less GT3 in the world! I don't like the GT3RS stickers on a GT3 It's like the BMW crowd and putting M badges on normal cars it makes you look bad!!! Represent your car as it is!!

there's a 0.0000001% chance that it's not the same car. the totalled car has amber side markers. the one on the track has clear side markers.

perhaps he swapped out the reflectors with another 997

but what are the chances of 2 white GT3RS with a GT3 tail... or better yet, what are the chances for a 2 white GT3's with with the same RS stickers

I dont know why you would put RS decals on a car that didnt even switch rear wings.
that would have to be the first step.

Maybe that was his next mod before the accident. There are a lot of RS posers in the Bay Area with the wing.
