Exclamation EVO: Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 vs. Porsche GT2 vs. F430 Scud

Latest figures from EVO.

Nice to see that the entry level Lamborghini beats the worst Porsche and is equal to the F430 in many areas.

Apparently the LP560-4 accelerates as fast as a Ferrari F40!

Gallardo LP560-4
0-60 - 3.7 sec
0-100 - 7.8
0-120 - 10.9
0-150 - 17.6
1/4 mile: 11.7 / 124.8 mph
0-100-0: 12.4 sec.
West Circuit: 1.22,5 sec

Porsche GT2
0-60 - 4.0 sec
0-100 - 8.3
0-120 - 11.7
0-150 - 19.0
1/4 mile: 12.1 / 122.0 mph
0-100-0: 13.0 sec
West Circuit: 1.23,5 sec

Bonus opponent:

Ferrari Scuderia
0-60 - 3.5 sec
0-100 - 7.7
0-120 - 10.8
0-150 - 17.8
1/4 mile: 11.6 / 125.0
0-100-0: 12.6 sec

GT2 doesn't run a 12 sec 1/4th time
530HP + 3200 LBs will get you a low 11 or a 10.9

those GT2 numbers are a straight up joke! There are 996 stage 2's AWD, and more weight, including mine that are at or better than those numbers. Just imagine less weight and way more HP w/ RWD would be. In any case the lambo is'nt even that much quicker compared to the joker numbers of the GT2!

Remember the LP is Lambos entry-level car.

The GT2 is the top end from Porsche, but I agree I have seen better times.

Agree with everyone. The GT2 numbers doesn't look right.

I agree that the GT2's numbers seem slow.

Also, stating that the LP is Lambo's entry level car is irrelevant. Look at the prices of each of the cars.

The Porsche surely can do better...4 seconds to 100 Km/h is too high IMO...

10.9?? has anybody run close to that? there is a very well documented pass for a z06 running a 10.85 on DRs (otherwise stock) so I guess it is possible for a gt2 to run a similar time...

If the Corvette did 10.85 the Gt2 will quite surely be faster...

The GT2 is just as fast the Z06 so with a proper launch and a very good driver, I wouldn't see why not.

Most Z06's run mid 11's and thats what I would see the GT2 running as well with a average driver.

Mid 12s? Mid 12s is a joke for a car with 530HP with 3200 pounds..
Z06 runs mid 11's with 505 HP and the same weight...

GT2 is equal in a straight line to the Z06. period. Might nudge it out, the LP560s have all been fast in tests, as well as the F430 Scuds.

Now I just want to run either a GT2/LP560/F430Scud in my Z06 and post the videos...

exacty. 911 turbo runs 0-60 in 4 seconds. gt2 is way quicker. this just shows how good evo's drivers are. a lot of people can drive 430 and lambo quick off the line because of the easy f1 transmission. not everyone can launch a 911 gt2 properly.

EVO needs a driver mod. anyone else agree?
