I just drove the car...wow!!! drives perfect. I have driven quite a few GT3's (both 996/997 and 997 RS) and it drives great! Cantrell just finished to corner balance and there are zero issues.
exhaust sounds great!! reminds me of a 997GT3 not the 996 (since he has the AWE 997 system installed). turn in is nice, and it rides very smooth (still stock suspension) comapred to my 996.
congrats Joe I love it!!

Oh and as far as tire size I went with 20's, I know I know but they just fit the car perfectly to me, and I will have a set of different track wheel and tire setup. Rears are 325/25/20 and front is 245/30/20. It drives great, no rubbing, but we did do some additional clearancing and relocating. The wheel and tire combo probably doesn't weigh much more than stock. I just had the car weighed today, it was 3100lbs. That is decent right?

The red building in the background is the car wash next to my shop in Buckley, WA. Oh and I raised the car up .25 inches front and back today after I took the pictures.

You will need quite a few things. Conversion fenders, 997 hood, front bumper, headlights, upper and lower grilles in bumper, radiator ducts, front wiring harness, hood hinges (which need to be modified welded and bodyworked), relocate your evap hoses and canister, modify the rocker area at the bottom of the back of the fender if you use the conversion fenders, and modify fender liners, and modify inner fenders. In all a decent amount of work CP.
