Porsche Voucher Code not working?

WTF!!! Porsche Voucher Code not working?
Got a letter from Porsche for my upcoming Bday of receiving my GT3. I can either choose this dinky Porsche pedestal w/ my VIN # or a $50 Voucher for Porsche Design Driver's Selection. I chose the later.
Finally got my Voucher w/ the redemption code. Told me to call 1800-PORSCHE and order my clothing there...Well, surprise, the code is not in their system and the CS manager said nothing they can do.
Total BS. I'm calling PCNA tomorrow and let them have it.
Anyone experience similar?

Well, PCNA did good. Sebastian the Marketing Mgr. called me personally and offered to ship any items I wanted from the Design Shop!! All is good again...Except Wall Street, but that's another story. 8(
