Not a big fan of wraps on cars but this one came out decent.

 

I wonder how it affect the paint over time. Has anyone studied the long term affects of wrapping a car. Ideally, for high end cars, this is a good investment. I know guys that have been spending $1200- 2k at a time fixing paint chips on expensive cars.I certainly could see myself getting into it.

 

Me too. I totally want to wait on someone to pull theirs off after a few months (at least) to see how it actually looks. Could be a really 'car-world changing' thing. I want to wait and see though.

Looks the exact same as it did before, over longer periods of time you may get a bit more residue left over but for uninstall techs its just more to clean up. As far as protecting the front end, it will from "sand" but not from bigger pebbles over time because it is not as thick as PPF.
