SharkWerks & Blakt-out Featured on Cover of Excellence Magazine

Awesome article! It's cool to be able to ask questions to the guys that are featured in an international porsche mag. Sorry if this has been asked in a different thread - blakt out , why did you decide to eliminate the super charger? Seems to me that was part of the package that earned the title fastest narrow body 997. I'm asking because that's one mod that really intrigues me.

I also want to congratulate Jared, Alex, the folks at Synergy as well as the editors and writers at Excellence. It's a fabulous piece and reflects on some great enthusiasts and engineers who have taken each car down their respective paths to the near limit.
Interesting as well in that I suspect few are surprised with the analysis or conclusions reached in this article. The TT's weight, fly-by-wire feel, and brute force, the Cayman's balance, low polar moment, steering feel and relative light weight, and the 997S' best ever rear-engined/narrow-bodied P-car with amazing braking, balance and drive-by-throttle behavior.
If ever I purchased a second Porsche, it very well might be a Cayman accompanied by a significant license to upgrade over at Alex' place. Including the SC. I've always felt that it was the best feeling and handling car I've ever sampled.

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to drop a line to all locals:
I'll have the car "up front" at this Saturday's Cars & Coffee event at European Auto Garage in Knoxville, TN. They have a ton of awesome cars lined up already!
Hope to see some 6speeders there.
Jared

Damn Jared,
Sorry to see you are selling the car. I was hoping for another comparo with my GT3 now that SW has set me up with all new suspension bits and James is working on my 3.9 conversion! If you ever make it out this way let me know, we'll go for a drive. Good luck in whatever your new venture is.
