Center locking aftermarket wheel options...

I have my name on a 997.2 GT3 allocation and cant wait! I was just wondering about aftermarket options for center locking wheels. Any input? thanks!

Are you absolutely sure you don't want to wait for the RS? J/K - saw your thread on M5Board also and I'm in the same boat - really liking the new GT3, but saw these today...

The BBS E88 race wheel (center mesh style) is available but I'm sure top level wheel manufactures (ie. HRE) are already working on centerlock wheel development.
Personally I'm not too sweet on the look of the stock wheels. Kind of bling?

BTW do you know what the compression of the 997.2 GT3 will be?
I heard it will be 13:1 ?

Cheers

centerlock is a hassle to find wheel options.. HRE tried making some for CGT but i heard was too much hassle so they didnt sell em..

i know BBS makes tons of centerlock for race cars.. buddy of mine that races the spirit of daytona car has them laying around everywhere... i wonder if you could order race wheels for it (only problem then would be the tires having the needed bead)

the BBS race wheels they have are so insanely light.. would be sick if you could make it work.

I can't find any info on their site... but I have heard of Dymag making one-off center locking sets... that may be something to look into!

in autoweek spy shot, the 997.2rs wore a rear wheel that looks like a tt center locking wheel. wonder if porsche is fitting the whole future fleet with center locks.
