GT2 to the second power.

Your going to have new brake kits on both cars? Does that mean the PCCBs are coming off? Why? Is it because they are too expensive for the track, and they crack? Don't they work really well though? What kind of kit are you putting on?

Yes, from Paul Miller.
PCCB's not good for track work. We will replace with steel rotors. I will call garage to find out where they come from.
The last GT2s seem to be moving fast. I have had inquires as to what it would take to duplicate our red one. I think building a race car might be cheaper than building a track car.
But where the GT2 really shines is on the back roads. Great street car as well as a perfect track car.

When you know about the replacement kit for the PCCB of GT2, could you post here ? I have a friend who is looking to switch to steel his and couldn't find a solution yet... apparently they are not the same size than the GT3 PCCB which I changed in my case for a kit from AP that works very well. Actually, I like them better than my original PCCB altough I changed also the brake lines for inox at the time of the switch.
Thanks for the help.

You might want to call Powertech in Rockaway NJ. They have replacement rotors for PCCB based on Coleman. Coleman will apparently make rotors in any size you need. I just discussed this with them yesterday.

Congratulations.
Where are you in NC? We have a small 2d home outside of Asheville, and I always regretted not taking my 996 GT2 there.
Road Atlanta used to be a blast (bikes and cars), and the old track would always get your attention in the dip.

Congrats on the 2 GT2s - beautiful.
I would PM you, but don't have enough posts. I'm in North Charlotte. I picked up my 996TT in Feb and am looking for a good service shop. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.
