Good question, the test was done in a wind tunnel in Germany where they recreated 100MPH+winds.

Thanks for posting the pictures. Do you have to drill any holes in the deck lid? Has anyone at FVD tested this on the track yet?

As an alternative to drilling, what about some type of adhesive? The factory aerokit rear spoiler for the TT has a similarly positioned piece that attaches with an adhesive backing that comes on the piece.
Love the look of the FVD piece.
Do you guys run a K&N filter with it?
