Thumbs up

What a coincidence. I've been cleaning out my garage for the last couple of weeks because I want to do something very similar, also with the Martini Racing theme. I figure the good thing about that is that even if I trade for another car, the Martini theme is still relavent since they've sponsored so many of the greatest teams of almost all marques. I'll post pics whenever I finish.

Your water heater is a fire hazzard.
[QUOTEwhy is that? ][/QUOTE]

The combustion ventilation duct is not insulated (usually a double wall duct) where it passes into the wall. This is a code requirement in all jurisdictions. Obviously nothing has happened yet, and might not ever happen. But then again one day when the water heater has a lot of demand, ie the burner runs for a long time, the combustion duct gets hot, the wall framing might catch fire.

I actually almost had my house burn down from a water heater fire a few weeks ago. Make sure everything is properly installed.

Water Heater Police!!
Mr. Clock Guru

I guess I didn't exactly see it the way you do.

I would feel pretty bad if I did not say anything and he had a fire. And worse if there was an injury. I guess some ridicule is the price I am willing to pay.

I don't even want to think about all the time I had to fall on my sword or the times I should have and didn't.

Let's forget it.

No worries mate! We will move it along. I just woke up on the wrong side of the office floor this afternoon I guess.

Anyway,

Lets see some more pic and updates of "Pimp My Garage" please.
My place will need some type of work over before my car gets here.
