I was at a local dealership in Palo Alto today looking at cars and I saw a red GT. To see the car in person is so different then to see pics of it or from a distance. When you stand right next to it and check out all the details of the car, it makes you feel in awe. I left my girlfriend in the car just to go check out this car. It felt like the car was moving even thou it was parked there. And when the guy finally drove away with it amazing, the sound, the look. If anyone has not had a chance to look at one up close in person, please do so, it'll invoke feelings about Porsche, and even cars in general that mass produced cars have destroyed.

I couldn't take pics, but I think GoWide might have taken a few. His Audi looks great in person also, the body work, wheels, seats, great package. GoWide, are you looking at that 2002 M5, it looks great, I went there just to check out that car, and some other ones, and got the treat of the GT, what a day.

so, how much is that 2002 m5 going for

 

They were asking $62K (although it says $59K on their website) - has Dinan Stage 3 on it (Stage 3 is cold air, brakes, and exhaust or something weird like that). Stoptech BBK in front. I was thinking about getting it, but I'm funding my own startup, so I don't think that's going to happen .

 

I'd love to get that, but even though my car is probably worth less, I think it makes sense to keep it. The M5 would be slower and probably not handle as well as the S4.

I have the same debate with 996 C2's - I'd love to get one, but I'll probably be disappointed in the performance.

 

I saw a black one up close the other day also, gorgeous car, much more impressive in person
