Cups, PS2s or RE-11s

I was going to add that you cannot go pedestrian paces and get heat in them though, you have to be ON IT!! And by on it I don't mean straggling around mid to pack of pack in advanced DE group. Especially when it's cool out and it helps to have a heavier car. But when they are in the zone they are something serious.
Still my favorite tire, but sadly no bigger sizes than 295 so I'm moving on to NT-01's for DE tires.

i have re-11's on my 10 gt3. only one trackday so far, very predictible and until i hear of better tire i will probably replace with them. recently had chance to do some driving in the rain, serious rain here in socal and was very pleased. water evacuation was great and never had to slow down due to aquaplaning. at this point, i would definately recommend and with the cost/benefit evaluation vs the french or italian competitors, what can i say.
i do mainly street with some track.

I hate MPSC on the track. It took forever to heat up while speedoflight do donuts around me and PS2 is a waste of money and can not be used on the track if you want any sort of respectable time. MPSC is tricky on the track and terrible in rain. I cross out both MPSC and PS2 long time ago and only use them on my OEM 19" for street.
I have no experience with RE-11. I have a hunch you will get 18" wheel soon for the track so hold tight there on tires selection.
I just got a set of Toyo RA1 shaved for my 18" CCW. I heard tons of great report on these tires and can't wait to try them out on track. So far they felt GREAT on the street and super quiet at speed. They can last a long time if you drive them both on street and track. I was told you can't heat cycle out the RA1 - you just core them. Best of all, I got them for $850 shaved and shipped since Toyo are closing them out. PM me for more info once you get your 18" wheel

oops. Sorry I did not see this question earlier. Here are the information and this is for GT3 RS:
Fronts:
18X9 CCW C10 BLACK POWDER COATED
Rears:
18X12 CCW C10 BLACK POWDER COATED
I have no information on the offset ...
Hope that helps

This probably doesn't help, but I've run two sets of RE-11s on my e92 M3 as both street and track tires. I have to say that I absolutely love these tires as the grip levels blow the PS2s away. The only problem is that I got almost 12k miles out of the PS2s that came on the car, including three track days. However, the RE-11s don't last near as long, so now that I'm on my second set of RE-11s I went ahead and bought a set of dedicated track wheels/tires.

Do RE-11 fit the '09 turbo? Or not compatible with the TPMS? They don't come up on the list of tires on a discount website...
Then I called a store, and they said 235-35-19 available for the front, but 305-30-19 aren't made for the rear.

Hello JDkerner, someone told you incorrectly. I purchased a brand new set of re-11's last week and ran my first track day last saturday evening with them. It was very cold but I liked these tires. Go on tire racks website here and they show the sizes.

^Yep, they should be on tirerack

there is not much room to fiddle with offsets if you're using stock gt3 widths. the rear wheel needs to stay where its at if you dont want rub so 63 to 68mm + and the 9" upfront splits the extra half inch evenly to keep the 53mm offset

re-11's are made for your car. i just put a set on my 10 gt3, 305/30/19 rears and 245/35/19 fronts (i went a little wider in front) but they also have the 235/35/19's.
check out the bridgestone tire web site for all info and sizes made.
i paid $290 ea for the rears and $250 ea for the fronts. just for comparison purposes when you are shopping around.

i have just put re-11's on my 10gt3. i only have about 700 mi on and one track day, they are great. i only got 5k out of the mpsc's and with the price, i looked around for better value as i am the occasional track guy and mostly street, canyon carver. many say they are better than ps-2's for a combo guy like me.
i didn't notice any noise on street, at least not yet.
great value tire and expect to get 15 to 20k out of them. we'll see. cost, 290ea for 305/30/19 and 250ea for 245/35/19.

How are the re-11 tires performing for you..?
