2010 Cup getting the GMG World Challenge build- Stoptech Racing Brakes! Many pics

Even with the large amounts of rain in So Cal the work continunes on some race cars for the 2010 season
Here are a few pictures of the 2010 Cup getting a brake upgrade for World Challenge.. This is the Stoptech ST60 kit which we developed with Stoptech last year.. Amazing braking perfromance and we will run this on all our World Challenge cars in 2010.
Hope this helps cheer up those of you stuck in the bad weather..

These are the brakes that helped win the Manufactures Championship for Porsche last year.. They are also available for your road car.
We have fitments for all GT3 and RS cars. Including the NEW 2010 models.

LOL I agree guys.. I grew up and lived back east, so I am use to rain and snow.. But your right Ca has no infrastructure to support this kind of rain.. Not to mention a ton of people have no idea how to drive in this weather.. They drive like its dry and then when it comes time to stop they don't...
Its probably a good week to own a body shop around so cal this weekend..

You are correct about the OZ's. The one with the yellow headlight film is another users car named Gomez. He has one hell of a build story with that car right now. Check it out on renntrack.com I don't know what wheels are on the all black 6gt3.

Great looking set of brakes! Are those rotors and hats part of the Stoptech BBK? Looks like they improved the ST-60 quite a bit. Does the new caliper use the same size Pagids as the old ST-60? Same mold basically? Nice work!!

Trophy calipers are nice....been thinking about upgrading my ST40's.
Nice to also see that World Challenge is using the stock '10 GT3 Cup as their performance benchmark for the series moving forward.
