Gemballa or TechArt Conversion to GT2

I would first like to thank everyone for their reply.
KompressorKev: in regard to Manthey, you do have to go widebody, which is something I am not interested in when and if I decide to return the vehicle to stock.
dpblessing: in regard to RUF, I could not find anything for them in regarding the GT2.
AMG ETR: Evan your car looks great, love the front/rear bumper and hood. Any reason why you didnt go with the Gemballa wing?
Squerly: Your car looks phenomenal, any shots from the back? What was your source for the Gemballa kit?
Thanks again.

I personnally don't think that since you have the techart power plant going you could do something as put one of there biggest competitors on the body of their machine so to speak. But again this is just me and I agree with brand loyalties.

bs, TechArt looks better than the GT2 look imho ... of course it is like comparing Picasso to Monet, they both are tops.
also compare the price of GT2 or Turbo w/TechArt added? how does that relate to "can't have the real thing". the Turbo is not a wannabe GT2, they are totally different cars.

The fact of the matter is that the TechArt kit does not look factory at all. It clashes with the factory lines, in fact.
If you also look at MSRP vs. MSRP, a Turbo with a TechArt bodykit is still cheaper than a GT2. Your right, the Turbo is not a wannabe GT2, one is a GT cruiser and the other is a real performance car, respectively.

The aerodymamics of the GT2 while copied...were purposely designed. You mess with the basic body structure aero dynamics, you can no longer say it's a GT2. I am sure Porsche AG would feel that way. In the end, it will just be a custom. The value of the car in the long run WILL take a hit had you left the body the way Porsche had intended. Good luck with it !!! Either of those body kits WILL be cool. It just won't be a real GT2 any longer...imho

Techart>GT2>Gemballa
Putting a Techart GTStreet next to a GT2, the techart will look slightly tighter and more aggressive. So to all you GT2 owners IMMEDIATELY slap on a techart kit!................... I SAID NOW!!!!
