Gemballa or TechArt Conversion to GT2

I am considering doing a conversion to my GT2 with either Gemballa or TechArt. I want to do something different than the norm. I do not want to widen the fenders, etc.. so just considering front/rear bumper and wing. Has anyone does this to a GT2 or know of one?

TechArt Kit with Front Bumper, Side Skirts, Rear Bumper and Wing

GEMBALLA GTR 650 EVO with Front Bumper, Hood, Rear Bumper and Wing

GEMBALLA GT2 with Front Bumper, Side Skirts, Rear Bumper and Wing

The issue I have with the silver Gemballa car is I do not want to do the side skirts and also the wing looks to retain the turbo wing blade instead of the GT2 blade as their yellow car does. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

techart looks cleaner IMO. both are very flashy and you are in a great predicament to be in. can't go wrong with either, but if you want something truly different from the norm, check out the Manthey-Motors kit...but i think it might entail widebody hehe.

lots of people love the stock GT2 bodykit as it is, but if you want my opinion on either of the two choices, Techart GT-Street S kit with Gemballa hood!

Both (all 3) are great.
There seem to be fewer Gemballa cars running around, if that matters.
Have you looked at Ruf?

Definetly the TA man. But I already wrote to you all about this in the turbo/GT2 forum so I'm sure you don't want my opinion again.

GT2, especially in white is more unique than the Tech"art" bodykit look, and the Gemballa looks like liquid crap.

If Porsche was a woman this would be Tech"art"...

O yea I cry myself to sleep everynight thinking about how I can't have a GT2. My life is just not complete.... Wilber, I could have 10 GT2's if I wanted, do I want one?? NOPE, its not for me.
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
Evan
PS-My advice, is get what you like best, you say you want somthing out of the norm. well just about every 996TT on here has Techart and I believe only 2 or 3 have the Gemballa (Me and Swordsman for sure).

I agree with Evan, just get what you want it's no poserish at all. I think it just sets you apart and who wants stock so you can pull up to a meet and have five cars look just like yours. just my opinion of course

bs, TechArt looks better than the GT2 look imho ... of course it is like comparing Picasso to Monet, they both are tops.

also compare the price of GT2 or Turbo w/TechArt added? how does that relate to "can't have the real thing". the Turbo is not a wannabe GT2, they are totally different cars.
