We just took deliver of 2010 Cup car # 2.. Here are the pictures as the car was delivered via air-freight at Lufthansa (LAX)

Getting ready to roll out on to U.S soil for the first time..

Amazing set up for unloading cars and cargo the platform lowers into the ground and the car just rolls off.

The staff at Lufthansa was extremely careful in unloading the cars.. Very impressive, something you would not expect.



Finally home on U.S. ground!!

yes all cup car MUST be air freighted. i am not sure why.

i likey! did you notice that it's missing the front lip, rear wing blade, rear bumper, rear pipes? what's the story there?

 

Thanks Z06. That is really not bad considering sea is about 3K.

 

I remeber it has something to do with shipping, all of the gt3s come lipless, probably to make loading and unloading easier. I am pretty sure that the parts are taken off so they areless likely to get damaged off the car rather than on it.
