Falken Tire's 2010 Porsche GT3 RSR before and after
#16
Can the teams still order new 2009 Grand-Am specs Cup cars ? It is a bit weird that they have to race with a 1 year old chassis at this competitive level
Doesn't sound as a strong support to the new race cars from the base... is there a controversy around the new developments on the Cup cars in North America and Europe ?

But luckily all of them seemed to survive with just flesh wounds.

Yes, the Falken Tire's Porsche is a 2010. The hood and bumpers are different than the 2009 and the 2010 also has a/c. As of now, Falken Tire has received the only 2010 Porsche GT3 RSR race car in North America.

It looks like they will have an excellent factory Porsche driver! I have been around Wolf Henzler since Farnbacher-Loles started back in 2005. if anyone can make that car fast, he can.

glad to see wolf henzler back. in interviews he seems to be a funny guy, in fact most of the porsche factory guys appear to be very nice dudes even tho they are living the dream. i guess that's part of the overall package of being a factory pilot.
anyway will be great to see another well funded RSR out there hopefully up front.
