I had some violent spins there ie particularly t4 did a 360 one way and another 360 another way same time and popped my intake manifold hose- what a pita to put it back on. Mike

i rode shotgun with mikymu. after some shouting i got him to 1:44. i forgot how great RA1 is. my R888 NEVER gripped like that.

i think he can do 1:42 before end of year.

996flt6, you NEED a .2gt3. sell your POS.

LOL

I can't hear anything you were trying to tell me until you start shouting. At first I thought you were **** off at my crappy driving ... and you were I promise to track out more mooty

1:42 is very attainable once I have functioning brakes. I am officially done with PCCB. Steel brakes all the way for track!

Thanks mooty. I like to take small steps and not go over my pay grade too fast that's when bad things happen. lol on the walls. My peripheral vision will not be as sharp if I am piloting a Miata instead of a RS. Glad you noticed how well my RS grip. RA1 help but I think engine mounts and all the weight loss measure also contribute great amount. I am working hard to find ways to shave 30+ lbs from the butt. Most likely lighter exhaust ... I will work on my driving skill another time

Oh, your comment of the fact that Cup cars don't have front or rear 5 mph bumper guard got me thinking ... what if ...

^ 10% engine mount/wt loss, 90% Mooty's bullhorn : ). Mike ps- I think Mooty has plastic bobble-heads of himself so u can mount on dash(bullhorn included).

Major fun was had by all... PLUS... ANOTHER GT2 TURNED UP!!!! It's a minor miracle..

Mike was railing and turned some really good lap in the cold, wet crappy conditions.. Track dried up by late afternoon, but the kerbs and rumble strips were wet all dat and even next day...
